• Your name.
• Your phone number — so we can confirm the order and reach you on the day.
• Your email, only if you choose to give one. It is optional and the order works without it.
• Your delivery address, as you write it, and the location of the pin you drop on the map.
• What you ordered, what it cost, and the date you wanted it for.
• Any note you add to the order.

That is all of it. We do not ask for your date of birth, your gender, or anything else we would have no use for.

To bake and deliver your order, to reach you about it, and to keep a record of what we sold — which we are required to do. Your order history also tells us who orders regularly, which is the only analysis we do on it.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

The pin you drop at checkout is sent to Google’s mapping services to work out the road distance and so the delivery charge. It is stored with your order so the rider knows where to go.

If you use “Use my current location”, your browser asks you first and you can say no — the map still works, you just move the pin yourself.

Payments are handled by our payment gateway. Your card or UPI details are entered on their systems and never reach ours — we are told only whether a payment succeeded, and a reference for it.

Only the services that make the site work:

• Our hosting and database providers, who store the order.
• Google, for mapping and distance, as described above.
• Our email provider, if we send you a confirmation.
• Our payment gateway, when you pay.

Each of them sees only what they need for that job, and none of them is permitted to use it for anything else.

There is no analytics on this site, and no advertising or tracking of any kind. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts following you from page to page.

Your basket is kept in your own browser’s storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out. The only cookie we set is for signing in to the private admin area, which is for us, not for customers.

Order records are kept while we need them for our accounts and for any question that comes up later about an order. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a sale.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your details, subject to the records we must keep.

If we change this, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something we have told you we do not.
