Our story
Baking that refuses to be hurried
Dolce started in a home kitchen in Srinagar, with one stubborn idea: that a cookie is worth doing properly. That means real butter, chocolate worth chopping, and dough that rests for a day or three before it ever sees the oven.
We bake in small batches, to order. Nothing sits on a shelf. It is a slower way to run a bakery, and it is the only way we know how to make something that tastes like home.
