Delivery

Srinagar only, within the city limits. The map at checkout will not accept a pin outside the area we cover, and will tell you so rather than taking an order we cannot fulfil.

We do not ship outside Srinagar, and we do not post.

• Order before 1pm and we can bake for the same day. Allow 3 to 4 hours from when you order — the dough is rested, baked and cooled before it goes anywhere.
• After 1pm, the earliest is the next day.
• You choose the date at checkout. We only offer dates we can actually bake for — once a day is full it stops being available.

We will be in touch on the number you give us to agree a time. Fresh baking does not keep, so we would rather hand it over when you are there than leave it at a door.

The charge is worked out from the road distance between our kitchen and the pin you drop at checkout. You see the exact amount before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.

• Under 5 km — ₹50
• 5 to 10 km — ₹100
• 10 km and beyond — ₹130

Minimum order is ₹300 on the baking itself. Delivery is charged on top and does not count towards it.

The pin is what the rider navigates to, so put it on your door rather than your street. The written address is for the parts a map cannot show — the floor, the flat, the colour of the gate.

Your order page shows the spot you pinned, so a pin on the wrong roof can be caught before anyone sets off. If it is wrong, message us.
